Whilst initially I wanted this blog to be about the flea market I think that the title of this blog provokes another layer of life in the sense that life in fact is fleeting, and it is what you make it. Nobody or no thing can hold you down.

See something in my life has held me down, literally and figuratively. It's weight. At one point I was over 215 lbs and I felt trapped and overwhelmed. However over time I was able to slowly drop the weight to 175 where I have stayed stuck for 3 years. While its good to maintain, I need to jump over this plateau. IT'S TIME. I'm not particularly happy with it anymore and something needs to be done. And it will.

See I have a game plan and a to do list:

New gym membership
Work out at least 3 days a week
Weigh-in only once a week
Eat 1,200-1,400 calories of "good food" a day (start of slowly)
Don't focus on speed of weight loss
Focus on small victories
Do it for me 
New gym workout playlist
Less alcohol
