Wow so it has been a crazy week, I'm officially 23. 

Since it was Easter and my birthday I must say that I have not been eating the best lately. Well I never really eat a lot of food I don't always eat the right things. Often times I eat what are supposed to be healthy foods like string cheese, or rice chips but I eat a lot of them because they never really satisfy my cravings. 

Life is stressful sometimes and I have an anxiety problem that doesn't help. I'm not the type of person who eats when they are sad or stressed, as a matter of fact I eat more when I'm happy. I think it's because when I'm upset I am much too focused on the problem and my anxiety almost makes me nauseous. It's kinda weird I guess. I just over think things way too much.

I did however figure out a few things this week that have somewhat inspired me:
  
  1. I bought new shoes finally (see I have pronated flat feet and an extra bone in my right foot and sometimes it makes me feel like I'm crippled even at 23, and may need to get surgery :/)  they are Nike Lunareclipse 2 and they even have Nike + on them which help you track your workout progress       They remind me of LMFAO haha They are super comfy and they even fit my specially made inserts! Geeze I sound like an old lady getting excited over such things haha
  2. Also I worked out on Saturday, like really worked out for the first time in a long time and man do I still hurt. Lucky for me my boyfriend is trying to lose weight too and he knows how to work out and has been killing helping me haha  
  • 4 sets of  10 15lb Kettlebell squats and 30 secs of jump rope 
  • 20 minutes on the bike and 
  • 25 minutes on the eliptical and I wanted to die haha but also I felt accomplished and discovered that my body can handle things that I didnt think it could do!   
Maybe these don't seem like the biggest f(ea)ts in the world, but to me they are great. I am slowly getting there and I want my goal of 160 to be a reality. I can do it!
